Delete Your Data

If you wish to delete your data associated with Subnivo, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to [email protected]
2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request - Subnivo"
3. Include in your email:
   • Your registered email address (if applicable)
   • Your device type (iOS/Android)
   • Reason for deletion (optional)
4. Wait for confirmation: We will process your request and send you a confirmation email within 7 business days.

Upon receiving your deletion request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• Account information (email, username if applicable)
• User preferences and settings
• Usage history and activity logs
• Your subscription entries, renewal reminders and notification tokens
• Device identifiers linked to your account

Certain data may be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes:

• Transaction records: Purchase history may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance.
• Anonymized analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained for service improvement.
• Legal obligations: Data required by law enforcement or legal proceedings may be retained as required.
